International Business House Centre offers over 26,000 sq ft of shared business space, allowing our users to have all the privacy needed to run their business with the option to create new and ongoing networking opportunities in communal user areas and at our planned co-working events.

The Business Centre is located within Castle Point and is capable of housing ambitious start-up companies right through to established large businesses. Michael Chittenden

Michael is a successful serial entrepreneur who has specialised in developing a host of new property and business projects, as well as rescuing existing ones.

Perhaps best known now as the owner of boutique wedding venue Hotel by the Lake in Cheltenham, Michael also owns several other wedding venues in Suffolk, Grade II listed Stanley Mills in Gloucestershire, the Royal Ordnance Depot business park in Northamptonshire, and a string of other investments.

His career has been defined by his ability to identify undervalued assets as well as niche opportunities and maximise their potential.

“I am currently developing a series of ‘smart working’ business centres in regional locations around the UK,” he says, “harnessing the commercial opportunities now evolving where companies are looking for highly flexible property solutions that optimise current working practices.

Bradley Norman

Bradley is another seasoned serial entrepreneur, starting out by building a successful security business from scratch before selling it some years later. Other enterprises in his investment portfolio include restaurants and bars as well as a wide range of commercial and residential properties.

His real estate holdings now encompass properties both in the UK and US and includes
storage units, commercial warehousing and a number of business centres.

“My principal approach is one of promoting collaboration,” he says, “not just between myself and other operators but also within the business centres themselves – encouraging companies to work together to develop synergies and drive innovation.

Trudy is an experienced Manager with a solid history of working in Environmental, Construction,
Manufacturing, Sales, and Leisure Service industries.

She has extensive knowledge and experience within Customer Service, Sales, Office Management, Project Management, Human Resources, Health and Safety, People Management and Strategic Planning which makes her a great asset and member of the management team at International House Business Centre.

Testimony– When we were looking for our next office location, having been in our previous location for over 15 years, we were drawn to International House by the Landlord’s vision of the offices and facilities that would be made available. They were, and are, very accommodating to our requirements, allowing us to be part of our office fit out and decoration. As one of the first tenants we have seen the centre develop, with plans for further improvements and welcomed many fellow tenants, providing us with an opportunity to be part of a wider business community.

Bio – We are a new start business offering hair dressing services.  We previously worked for other salons but wanted to start and run our own hair services being our own bosses. We provide colouring, cutting and extensions to a range of clients.

Testimony -Having our business at International House is beneficial for us because it has a low overhead. Landlord is on site if any problem arises. A community of other businesses to help share ideas with. It’s good to know the salon is secure and has 24hour access. A has a great vibe not like other business centres.
